Well let's see, controls are unpolished and not intuitive, things that should be relatively simple aren't (like locking on and grabbing units), yet the difficulty is still way too easy, the AI is retarded even by today's standards, graphics are sub par, there are bugs galore including some pretty massive game-breaking problems (sound dropping out during missions making it impossible to hear what it is you're supposed to do, among other problems), it's short (I was able to beat it, unlock and do everything in the game in an afternoon), game modes are sparse and not interesting, there isn't much variety in the unlockables, the cutscenes are poorly animated, the writing is half-assed and doesn't seem to reflect the movie very well even though it's the "official game of the movie", and the boss fights were all boring. There really isn't anything good about the game.

The reviews are right on this one, the game is shit.

well i guess oyu are right on some things.....sega has been known for rushing thier games and haveing glitches latly...hm

The Spider-Man movie games weren't too bad, but not really anything you want to pay full price for. Rentals at best. I would imagine this is the same, or it sucks.

The fact that it's on damn near every platform should hint you off to that. Usually that's not a good sign when a studio is so spread out like that.

The Spider-Man games had Bruce Campbell. The Ironman game doesn't even have that.
