Need some HELP for a Panel!

Hiya everyone!

I am regular staff and attendee at a convention named Fandemonium [fandemonium.org] that is held in Nampa, Idaho the first full weekend in August every year(the 6-8 in 2010).

Every Saturday morning of the convention weekend, I get together with the webcomic artists that show up at the con and run a panel called Webcomics 101 for the attendees. It's a Q/A type panel that allows people to ask about the ups and downs of creating a webcomic, and how it all works from someone who knows.

This year, I have no idea if any webcomics artists are showing up at the convention, aside from myself, and that certainly makes it difficult to run an event!

So, I decided to pop in here and see if anyone on Drunkduck is interested in jumping in on the panel with me. There will be no compensation for travel or hotel stay, as the guest budget is kind of shot, but you will be given a free pass the day of the event (Saturday), and I can probably squeeze out a free artist alley table as well, if someone expresses their desire to participate early enough.

I do not expect anyone to respond if they have no interest in going to Idaho to run a panel, and I also do not feel that this looks like one of those super-duper, no hesitation offers that everyone is going to want to jump on. I volunteer for a small convention that is lucky to break even each year, and that is not a very enticing reason to drive 4 hours or more to get up here on your own dime. (unless you already live in the area, and if so, why aren't you coming already? ^-^)

We do, however, have a wonderful fan community, and would like to continue to offer them good, informative content each year. So! If anyone has read this and still finds the idea to be interesting, please feel free to respond or pm. I will stop by on an infrequent basis to answer any questions that anyone has.

Thanks for your time.
