i just compressed all the tones & image packs I normally use into one big archive.
Just extract the 2 folders and move the tone folder to Photostop>Presets>Patterns.
You can see what I did from the screenshot above. I have a mac but its the same for PC.
The image packs can be used in any image program. I did not create these tones, but they are free ones
I found online. See some Tones at work

Wow thank you for the link! I would have never found these on my own! I had to buy three different CD roms to get my tones
