What I read about avoiding Mary Sueish names:
Don't pick something outlandish. Pick something that is considered normal within the character's universe.
Don't pick a common name and change it to a weird spelling. There better be a good reason for it.
Names don't have to have a particular meaning related to the character's appearance or personality. If they do, there'd better be a good reason for it.
All of the above don't apply, so long as you have a very good reason for it. (it BETTER be good)
I think a baby names website is a good place to start looking.

I've always liked the name Yuki. : ) I'm going to caution you about choosing Japanese/Japanese sounding names for non Japanese characters though... it has a certain stigma attached to it online. I know Jayden is a boy's name, but it's always struck me as kind of feminine looking/sounding, but that's entirely up to you.
Do you have certain cultures in mind for these characters? That would help me look... : )

The boy is kind, but sarcastic, and smart but doesn't mind a bit of danger, too.
One girl is a determined, dive-head-first sorta person, like the leader of the team.
The other is just normal, sweet and quite smart, but cool too.
Um, well they're all from England, but I aslo like the name Yuki!

Well, if the story is set in England I'd REALLY push for English names. If the story is historical or has some kind of a historical setting I'd check out some cool old English names.
http://www.behindthename.com/nmc/eng.php has a lot of cool, different names that might fit your setting better.

Are any of the characters Japanese immigrants or of Japanese decent? "Yuki" might make sense as a name for a character who is.

I always look back through this forum it's really helpful when I'm writing a story and can't think of names.
A couple of names for a comic I will do when www.drunkduck.com/Faceless is finished:
Oscar
Nye
Bella
Tabitha
George
Farley
Drexel
Oliver
Willow
Yuri
Joey
Harriet
Drake
Danny
Amelia
For anyone who needs names! Hope I helped (I actually just put these so i don't forget them!)
