I'm not a fan of everything on Drunk Duck, but when I do find something I like, I want everyone to know about it. I'm sure a lot of you could say the same.

Please use this thread as a way to promote someone you think is delivering the goods. And for goodness sakes--provide a link!

For me, I have to give it up to Anything Could Happen. Day in and day out, Dan-the-Man's strip of the absurd and positively hilarious brings a smile to my face like nothing since the Far Side has.

Come on. Is it really comparable to the Far Side?

Y'know what? It really is.

Check it out here: Anything Could Happen - the best strip on DD you're not reading.

Brock you bastich! I would name YOURS but you started the damn thread!

So I'll give props out to Amazing Superteam, by bongotezz.

Amazing Superteam

This comic makes me laugh. Frequently. And is updated. Frequently. In that respect, it is very similar to your comic Brock.

:)

Out of all the comics I follow I would have to say that the very top of the list is Hero By Night

So many good comics on DD...

Gonna say Tha Faction . Nice story, characters, and art, and updates everyday, so it's the one I'm reading the most.

( I don't have an overall favorite comic, though. I pretty much love all the ones I have marked as recommended... )

White Noise , one of my favorites on the sites, wonderful art, and a very interesting and compelling story. A little slow on the updates, but I can over look that.

I have over 200 in my faves here so I'll just pick one that's doing great with updates at the moment: FireBorn

Generally I'm not too fond of a "slick" look to a comic, I find it a bit cold... I like something artsy, that has life in its lines and colouring. FireBorn is full of life and energy. Like a lot of the comics on my faves list, you can see the artist in the fibre of the work.

(that's just a personal thing)

You win for "bastich".

I just recently found this comic, The Cure , that's really good. I wouldn't go so far to say "the best" but it's definitely a fun read.

I just read his latest stuff, and its just pretty good stuff. It reminds me of Cave Deli's smut from the old days of webcomics. Its a little on the adult side of the spectrum, but its good stuff. GRIND is an interesting sci fi fantasy comic that has lots of funny sexual situations. As a guy who laughs at cartoon penises and boobs, I'm a fan. Lothar's artwork is great, and its well written stuff.

Applied Living . It's one of the last truly funny comics on DD.
It's a comic!

Awwww, Zir, that's so sweet of you! ;__;

I'd have to say I've been a fan of http://www.drunkduck.com/The_Errant_Apprentice/ for a while. It got featured a long time ago when it only had a few pages, and now adays it doesn't get enough exposure in my opinion. The guy has a neat art style, and awesome characters.

My favorite not-anymore-updating comic would have to be http://www.drunkduck.com/The_Chelation_Kid . I really wish it hadn't died off, that comic made me laugh all the time.
Insufficient funds, banner reposessed! >:0

It's embarrassing how much KC has influenced my own comics.

Definetly Internet Superbuddies , and here's why. For one, everything is completely custom made, which is admirable in and of itself. Second, it's funny. And third, most of this stuff is actually true.

There's a lot of good comics out here, but this one really comes to mind with me.

Just ONE webcomic?? :( Can't we make it like, 5 comics? That would be easier to pick from. Heh heh.

It's a tie between Twisted Mirrors http://www.drunkduck.com/Twisted_Mirrors and The Path http://www.drunkduck.com/The_Path .

But then again, everything I've on my recommended comics is a great read in my opinion :)

I'll recommend Panda Panda for its unique approach! It's got a combination of cuteness and nice storytelling with a colorful and original style.

I guess so far my favorite comics are 20 Galaxies and Legend of Terrar.

The art and story in them are fantastic. Plus they are character driven stories which I like to make and see.

Read "The Devon Legacy".

Kloteck Omen is absolutely amazing. The art reminds me so much of Don Bluth's style.

Holy crap my comic got called out. I'm honored.

One that I absolutely love is The New Luciefer. I've read it for probably two years from the old DD to smackjeeves and back to DD again.

SAND is one of the best comics on this entire web site, and I really recommend it. Take a read and enjoy what's there. It doesn't update anymore (think the guy moved to a different site or something), but whats there is pretty amazing.

Thanks Steve. so far i'm liking what you've done with superchum but i cant judge it on only 4 pages. it is favorited and i do check back everyday to see if you updated.

right now i think i'm a big fan of
FantastiTeam
because it's funny, he updates a lot, and it's very well done.
and
Drunk Duck Speesheez
cause i love the way he interperates other people's characters and he was the first person to make fan art of the superteam.

Thanks for reading it man. I really appreciate the comments and support I've gotten since coming here to DD. I'm excited to have a regular deadline again. But I know what I've got up there is quite light right now. I chose a weekly update schedule because I had a few job applications out there and I knew that if I got one, I'd still be able to maintain the weekly schedule without missing a beat. And today ... I got one of the jobs I had applied for.

I should have the new Superchum page up tonight. (Almost done coloring it right now as I type). And knowing I had a job interview looming, I spent the better part of this week getting the next month's worth of pages pencilled and inked.

It'll take time. But I'll slowly build up my content. I'm just happy to be posting and happy that people are reading it.

And hey, Amazing Superteam was like the second comic I clicked on the day after Wizard World Philly introduced me to Drunk Duck. And I've been following it since. You do great work. You make me laugh a lot. I totally look forward to each update.

If I have to reccomend any comic on this site it'd have to be Ethereal ~

In all my time reading comics I don't think I've ever came across a comic about the issue of childhood cancer - let alone one that portrays it so sensitively and realistically using such a beautiful art to boot. I honestly cried reading it~ I haven't cried over a comic EVER. I think it's wonderful~ one of the nicest and most tear-jerking comics I've ever read.

Holy hell. I'm amazed (flattered/scared) that i actually got mentioned. Thank you!

Freefall Drift is one of my favorites. The thick ink artstyle and presentation of this sci-fi grit story really has got me hooked. It was the first person i met on drunkduck that i felt that i HAD to comment to after seeing Ian's stuff. The colors, (and the lack thereof) make every single page just pop.
