I'm guessing you did something and the admins raised it? But....I would've thought they'd have told you why...

Hark's 7% was probably an automatically raised level because of a rude comment he made that was marked as rude when it was reported by someone.

Although all I can find so far is a comment reported from your own comic:

And that wouldn't have been marked as rude. AH well, it could be deeper in the lists but it would take too long to find.

Those levels only go down in relation to the total amount of comments you've posted on comics. Here are mine... I haven't been commenting on comics very much for the past two years, most of these comments were from before then:

Comments Made: 6,487
Comments Muted: -1 (-0%)
Comments Reported: 8 (0.1%)
Comments Erased: 8 (0.1%)
Warning: 0%

And most of the erased and reported comments were all erased and reported by me :)
The -1 on muted comments was because of an adjustment by Volte a couple of years ago.
