This is my story. I hope everyone likes it. It's not a comic because I have no comic skills whatsoever... :( It is still a work in progress so be paitent. I will update now and again. If anyone has questions, PQ me.



Zero and X the Heroes of the Future

Chapter 1
The Beginning

It was a sunny day in New York City. Well as sunny as you could get in New York City, anyway this story is not for the faint of heart. It is filled with thrills and chills, amazing perils, and more villains than you can strike a saber with. Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you who I was. My name is Jack Snip, also known as Zero, Ace Maverick Hunter. I have black hair, brown eyes, and average height for an 8th grader. This is my story.

The year is 2050 and crime is out of control. People say that the city is being controlled by a group of international assasians called the dark fist; other people say that monsters that are in dark alleyways are terrorizing the city. These are only rumors. The real cause is that robots are attacking the city. I know it sounds crazy but hey, you're reading a story about a guy who can transform into one of the most powerful things on the planet! Anyway, I know where the robots came from. But first I will tell you how I got my amazing powers.

I live in the suburbs of N.Y.C. with my Mom, Dad, and my little brother Chad. Chad (who's only in 6th grade) has blond hair, blue eyes, (kind of like the vision of Hitler's perfect child) and averagely tall for a 6th grade kid. One day Chad and I were outside playing when we heard an explosion from the old, abandoned factory just outside of town. So naturally we went to see what happened. When we got there we heard a voice from inside so we went in. It was Dr. Albert Wily, the town professor or nutcase, as some people in the town like to call him.

"I've done it! I've done it!" screamed the professor excitedly. "I've done it! With this I can rule the world! Hah Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha! "He is crazy!" I said to my brother. "Gee, go figure." Chad said sarcastically.

So we decided to leave him alone so he wouldn't catch us but we came back later that evening. "I wonder what he created" I said to Chad. "Who knows" Said Chad. "Maybe it's just a fluke." "Yeah, right." I said to myself. So we went to the front door but it was locked. "So now what do we do?" My brother said to me unenthusiastically. so I looked around until... "The window!" I exclaimed. My brother looked up and saw the open window. "Oh, alright let's go!" So we climbed onto the windowsill and peered into the building.

I t was dark, large, and dusty in that factory; so old that nobody would think that something was going on here. So we jumped down from the windowsill into the factory. "Let"s split up." I whispered, "We can cover more ground that way." "Great thinking o fearless leader." My brother said sarcastically. "Shut up."I said back to my brother. So we did eventually split up. He took the left, I took the right. So we searched, and searched, and searched but they found nothing of importance. But then I saw a bright glow coming from a box the size of a small medal case so I called my brother over there to check it out. "I wonder what's inside" My brother said curiously. Well I wondered too so I opened the box. It was beautiful! Three crests, each with a different insignia, one red with a Z on it on the right, one blue with an X on it on the left, and one black with a pentagram on it in the center. We marveled at the three shining crests for quite a while until my brother said, "Should we each touch one" I was thinking the exact same thing at this point so I said, "Why not." So I touched the one on the right and Chad touched the one on the left. And suddenly two bright flashes illuminated the building.

Chapter 2
Jack and Chad Discover their Powers



I woke up the next morning in my room. "It was all just a dream." I thought to myself briefly. So I got up, dressed, and went downstairs. Breakfast was already ready and my family was already eating. "About time you got up!" Said my mom angrily. "What!!!" I said wearily. "You slept in on a school day and that is unacceptable" "But Chad did too!" "No, He didn't. He got up on time today." "Ha, Ha, you got in trouble." Said Chad in a snotty matter. "Shut up!" I said in a crazed manner. "Boys, quiet! I'm trying to read the paper!" Yelled dad angrily. "I think I better go to school." I said. "Me too." Said Chad. "Without breakfast?" Asked Mom confused. "We have had worse." I said normally. "Well alright." Said mom. "But be home by four you two." "Alright Mom." I said hastily as I rushed out the door. "Bye!" My brother said happily as he went out the door.

While we were walking to school I kept thinking about what happened and wondered if it was a dream or not. "Gee, it felt too real to be a dream." I thought puzzled. Then Chad said, "I had the weirdest dream last night. I dreamt we went to the old, abandoned factory just outside of town and saw three crests in a medal case and we each touched one and thatâ??s all I remember." "What!!!" I exclaimed in fright. "I had the same dream! But I remember more than you do. I remember who made the crests, it was..." "Dr. Albert Wily!" We both exclaimed in horror, "So it wasn't a dream after all!" I exclaimed. "I wonder what the crests did to us!?" Chad wondered out loud. "I don't know but I don't want to find out!" I said in astonishment. "Okay, let's just go to school. Maybe it's just a fluke." "Uh Huh, and maybe we'll have world peace at last!" Chad screamed sarcastically.

So we went to school and all through my morning periods nothing happenedâ?¦until lunch. So I was sitting there eating when suddenly my hand glowed red! No one seemed to notice so I tried to pick up my things and go but when I touched my fork with my glowing hand, it melted and when I touched my napkin it burst into flames! "Woah!" I said in astonishment. "I gotta get out here before I burn the school down!" So I picked up my things and went. But before I could do that a spark from the napkin touched Eric Nokins, the toughest kid in school and set his pure leather coat on fire! I knew he'd be pissed at me when he was done putting out his coat so I just bolted out of there faster than you can say bolt! Well the red glow stopped eventually and I tried to avoid Eric for the rest of the day but he caught up with me at the end in the hall at my locker at the end of the day. "You must have a lot of guts to set my coat on fire." said Eric angrily. "but lets see how well you fight you F****** B****!" So the fight started. Everything seemed slow to my eyes...even Eric's punches. So when Eric tried to hit me he missed every single time! Weird huh. Well then I took a swing at him and hit. He flew 10 feet into a locker and the locker bent! My brother saw the whole thing and said, "Woah! What did you do Jack!"

The next day the principal called me up to his office during homeroom. "What happened?" the principal said. "I don't know what happened sir." I said, "You know you are going to get in trouble for this and that your parents will be informed." The principal said in a firm manner. "Yes sir." I said in despair. "Now go back to class and don't let me see you in my office again, got it?" "Yes." I said. When I got back to homeroom is was already time to go to my first period class so I picked up my things and went. About halfway to the classroom I heard a voice from behind say to me, "So, what really happened?" I turned around and looked and I saw my best friend, Kato. (His real name is Yue Kato but I call him Kato,) "Kato! It's you! You scared me damn it!" "Sorry, so really what happened?" "Well I guess I'll have to start at the beginning."

thank you. I do have more than this. I want to get more comments before showing more.

It sounds more like a script for something visual than a detailed story- you really should find someone to make a comic out of this. It would be very nice to see. They sound interesting as characters- but if you are going to make it out into a story, I'd advise you take more time to describe their feelings and their interactions... and perhaps not move between scenes so fast.

Still, it kept my interest! Well done!

For a fanfiction, it's not half bad. You oughta try and make a comic out of it though.
