Okay, so I tried everything listed in the sticky. I thought "All right, maybe my file is saving way too large or something."
So I simply made a teeny tiny image of 32x40 and tried uploading that just to see if it was.
That didn't work.
I also tried uploading a new banner thing instead, and THAT didn't upload either!
I'm beginning to wonder- is it the site? Or maybe I'm not allowed to upload anything?
This is really frustrating me. I don't understand. :C
EDIT: Also, I tried uploading a new avatar. I can't even upload that! D:
