shit, i got way to many i read on here, i bounce around from comic to comic alot. but the ones i've been loyal to the longest anyways are probably Antcomics, the villain next door, jack (catya's), house of the muses, fire born....hell there's alot i've been checkin out the featured comics a bit more lately too and took a liking to Mystery Babylon. honestly though, i dont keep up with anything to religiously.

With heavy heart, I removed my favorites who haven't updated since before 2009.

Some I remove, I have considered removing things like shades now they are complete but I would feel unfaithful.

My favs list is far too long, and I basically never get around to checking out any of them when they update... most I'll only read sporadically. Or I fav them in the hopes that I can get around to reading them when I'm retired :p

You know, honestly, a lot of my comics on my faves list are there because I'd like to get around to reading them when I'm not so busy. I'm usually busy with work and school, so I give priority to comics that I'm pretty much caught up in the archives. There are a lot of great comics out there, but here are some that I've read and like:

-Lackadaisy Cats - I know, it's not on DD, but this is a really great comic with *amazing* art and a nice story to boot. I usually stay clear of anything with anthros, but there's too much charm here to ignore. And it's 20's themed *_*

-Without Moonlight by Tantz Aerine - Are you a history buff? Well, then this is the comic for you! A WWII, Greek resistance movement comic with lots of great factoids from the author.

-Brave Resistance by Tantz Aerine and Pit Face - So far, so good! Still in the early stages, but the art styles of these two jive really well. Another WWII comic seen from the side of the fighters. The airplane battle we see at the beginning is very tantalizing. :D

-Deadfingers by Peipei - Really cool Sci-fi/Romance comic about a group of people running away from a seemingly despotic government. I have some catching up to do, but whenever I read this I really want to know what happens next. :D

-Gelotology - by usedbooks - Very funny DD award-winning science humor comic. I suppose if I got to read this in science class I'd have been more interested in the subject xD. You can always learn something new and interesting by reading this comic so you can show off you new knowledge to you friends :D. Oh, and Gelotology is the science of laughter.

-Jonko's Picture Diary by Jonko - Uber cute and funny autobiographical comic. The author, I believe, lives and works in Japan and always has interesting little stories about her experiences there and her life in general.

-The Portland Express by Roger Wilbanks - If I remember correctly, it takes place in the 30's. A man is forced to join a hodgepodge crew of pirates. Lots of crazy situations follow.

These are comics that I like, but they haven't updated in sometime:
-Despotize - A boy named Zero who was essentially raised to be a killing machine seeks revenge on those who "made" him; no update since mid-2010

-A Girl Called Hate - About the life of a girl named Harriet (but called Hate by her classmates because of her seemingly negative nature). She goes to college and seems to be a good girl who is simply misunderstood and has an insular nature. However, recently she seems to want to because a little more extroverted, although she won't admit to it. No update since October 2010

-Denizens! Attention! - Two siblings are sent to a school for delinquent children called Winterkill, far, far away. What they experience there is anything but normal. The art is quite amazing in this one. No update since December 2010.
