Moving comments to a different page.

Yesterday I uploaded a page, and I wasn't put in the "THis just in section" so I uploaded the same page again, and I thought I deleted the first page, however for some reason the page wasn't deleted, and now I've got comments on both versions of the page. The page is the same, but the comments are different. So what I'm basically asking is can I or is it possible to move the comments to one page?
