I just watched The Godfather again last night, and I decided that Sonny Corleone is probably the most badass character of all time. Which got me thinking about other movie badasses. So hey, top five list time:

SONNY Corelone is not the Godfather. VITO Corelone is. SONNY is Michael's brother. He was the 'Don' for a while after Vito amost dies, but never the Godfather.

Ah, my mistake. Well, I'd just disagree then. Sonny was certainly the most violet and impulsive. But people that think their badassness through first are always more badassier. ;)

-Jame Earl Jones was pretty amazing as Thulsa Doom (best name ever) in the same movie, and as Darth Vader! (even those that was really Frank Prowse...)
Kirk Douglas is pretty cool too... Can't remember his characters, but they're all pretty awesome dudes... Spartacus? I am he!

Plus, if you watch *real* martial arts films as much as I do, Kill Bill is just silly.
The only somewhat redeeming quality of that movie was that sonny chiba was in it, and he's awesome.
