I was thinking maybe Magick; she was one of the original New Mutants, and ruler of Limbo. There's propably others too, but I can't think of any really powerful dead people right now.

Pretty Much Galactus is the overall most powerful character, but if they have to be human size, there's five that are pretty much equal.. Thor, Gladiator, Juggernaut, The Hulk (The Green Savage one.. The other versions suck) and the Silver Surfer.. Ooo! Six. Thanos.

I'm sorry... I forgot the most obvious characters.. they have to be counted as one entity because they're pretty much interchangable.. Uatu and the other Watchers. They are so powerful, that they don't dare interefere with the universe because they would destroy it

If you're going to count Galactus, then why not the Living Tribunal as well? Or Eternity... they're characters as well, for the most part :P

I don't remember seeing them on the list, but maybe I just overlooked them? *shrugs*
And Kinniku mentioned the Red Skrull having the Cosmic Cube, so what about those people who keep being born out of the cosmic cubes like Kubik and Kosmos.
