Since the Siegels & Dc are sharing the rights of Superman, the judge said they should mediate. Mediation is when something can be worked out for sure. Anyway,I'm sure they will work things out and work together when it's over. As always, whoever has ownership of Superman, he will stay in comics. At least they are sharing the rights, but they just need mediation.
Legacyhero and i are doing a Kid Intense/Hero Force crosover which will be a blast. Also, we are teaming up for a Kid Intense movie. Tell me what you think of the crossover and the movie we are teaming up.

Not necessarily. Mediation usually just means a third party will be brought in to help the parties find an acceptable compromise. Sometimes it's explicitly agreed that the decision of the mediator will be binding upon the parties but, if this isn't the case, mediation can break down just as easily as any other talks.

The real issue here is that this is Superman! There is no way DC will allow its flagship brand to go out of print, whatever happens in or out of court, with or without mediation. I think we can all relax.

DC should just give the Siegels the fucking money they deserve. I don't see where the argument is here.
