I'd love to post my comic here (www.crossovercomic.com) but I have a super cool site (that took a lot of work to make), and I'd really like to be able to show all the extra content.

I would suggest uploading your comic pages here and including links to the various parts of your main page. That means using a custom template, I believe.

Well you could make a comic and then when you edit it, gut most of the code and just try and have a frame set with your external comic site in the centre.
There are disadvantages to that approach though.
