Manga style fonts

Does anyone have any recommendations for fonts that look like the ones they often use in mangas? I've got an idea what I'm looking for but often the font I get has a poor resizing quality, which isn't very helpful for web comics.

Lafayette comic pro and acme secret agent are good, even manga temple if you're more actiony, anime ace is the comic sans of manga webcomic i recommend against it.

Most of the Blambot.com fonts are pretty good. Webletterer, Letter-o-matic and Digital Strip (or digital strip 2) are particularly good for webcomics and are similar to the ones often uses in manga. I think the choice of font though should not be based on what's used in commercial manga, since print and web are totally different balls of wax, but what's most fitting to describe the character's 'voice' in a visual letter form. But that's my inner designer screaming about good typography. :)

I'd actually suggest making your own with yourfonts.com. All you'd have to do is draw them out and scan them to get exactly what you want.

Dude, you just make my day. I used to make my own fonts in the old days (MacOs 8.6), Since I made an upgrade I didn't had the time to start looking for new software but that web-site is just what I needed. Simple, fast and fool-proof.

Wrong.
It's good for IM'ing people.
But I highly suggest you go to either,
Da Font
or
1001 Fonts
And find one that best fits your style.
Be careful too, because you want to make sure it's easy to read as well.

Uh, I want people to be able to read my comic.
My handwriting is terrible.
I like the font I use, because it looks like handwriting.
My real handwriting is a bunch of scribbles :P
