http://www.posemaniacs.com/pose/randomviewer.html
Sketch from this random pose veiwer for 30 mins a day everyday, you'll see results in the week.

Also just 'tutor' yourself, go to this thread: and use the links. Search DeviantArt and google for other art tutorials. After you get good enough ask people(who know how to draw) to critique it. And learn from them.

Your art and eyes already looks pretty nice, i see you like inuyasha too, it shows. :)

If you have access to a digital camera or even a crappy-grainy webcam, and a friend. You could have them pose for you, take pics from different angles and then draw from the pics. Or if you don't have a camera, and they are patient enough, draw from their poses.

Try looking through the stock photos on DeviantArt for poses.
As for eyes, try something simple, like merely changing the size. Perhaps the width, the height, etc.

I teach cartoon art if that helps.

If you want to learn lots of tips and 'tricks of the trade' go to my website.
Most of the 'secrets' are in the member's area which normally costs $25 au to join. If you would like free membership, PQ me and I will arrange it for you.

Although aimed for kids the site will teach you lots of simple tricks to achieve the illusion of movement, etc.

Yep.
I've been teaching cartoon art for over 16 years.
You can see me in action ... (This was done as a 'test' show so is not that great... my voice is pretty 'unexciting' and boring through it (embarrassed sigh)...
