Any one else watch this. Sort of a modern day retelling of the story of David. I thought the first episode was okay. Anyone else?

I hadn't heard of it- I'm a sucker for anything based on biblical stories, though, so I looked it up. Saw Ian McShane. Was totally sold. And...Ooh! They gots so I can watch it online! I think I'm-a check it out. And then actually post something of merit once I have. x_X

I utterly fell in love with him in "Deadwood" (which, by the way, is my favorite television show ever; in case anyone was wondering.)

Lovejoy. I could watch that nonstop for hours... ^__^
@Baron. Lovejoy was McShane's main role from the 80's to the 90's. It was a British TV series about a dodgey antique collector who lived on a river barge. He and a few freinds would often get into trouble with various small time organised criminals (and some major ones), who tried to steal antiques, defraud people with fake ones, kill people for valuable ones... It was great fun, a really cool show.
They shot it all over the English countryside and all over Europe too on occasion.
