In response to KH 365 and 1/2 days I want to talk Kingdom Hearts.

1, 2, CoM, or the new one, it doesn't matter to me.

I personally loved them. LOVED THEM. LOVED THEM

Sometimes I feel like I'm the only person who didn't go nuts over the games. I suppose I'd have enjoyed them a fair bit more if they removed the horrible angsty shit from them like the Organization XIII. More Disney, less Squaresoft, you know?

The games were great. Sorry, past tense, they ARE great. But they need to stop neglecting KH3. I'm tired of replaying KH2 and seeing that movie at the end.

I will be pissed if KH3 makes it on the 360.

1.if there would be KH4,they should intrudouce Queen Minnie.also,ADD IT TO WII.
2.MUST....GET...BIRTH...BY....SLEEP.....
3.There should be free mode in the next games of KH.playing as kairi,riku,mickey,donald,goofy,sora,roxas,xion,axel.and more worlds.one has specials:
Beach:YAAAY!!!! NINJA MOVES!
Never Land: Fly High like the one in 358/2 days(SPOILER ALERT FOR THOSE WHO HAVNT PLAYED IT YET)
Twilight Town:Its gonna be your normal day in there.
etc etc.
4.is xion kairi's nobody or naime is?

Kairi's nobody IS Namine.

Free play would be AWESOME. I don't think they'll take it that far though. And the game SHOULD come out for the Wii too but, the controls are gonna go through A LOT of change. Well, they did add a multiplayer round so maybe that's to come next.

To Rich: The Organization is annoying and sometimes they're supposed to be. So if you were really annoyed with them, then did you at least enjoy the first game?

The series contains a plot that is little more than emo nonsense with 'darkness' thrown at the end of every sentence. No, I most certainly did not enjoy the plot of the first game either.

Aw... Do enjoy Final Fantasy games or other stuff of this nature at least?

If not I can see why. Yes the plot is droll at times but other times it makes me play it for HOURS on end.

i didn't say it'd be terrible, go back and read. The game will be amazing, I have complete faith in that, I'm just tired of Sony losing exclusives. I believe my opinion on this is somewhere else in the gaming forums.

The only time losing an exclusive is going to make a major difference in the end result of you enjoying a game is when it is being constructed for platforms that have drastically different technical capabilities (see also Wii compared to the 360/PS3).

You should be damned happy if it ends up multiplatform (providing the platforms are of similar capabilities). That way the company stands a chance to make more money and the odds of a sequel or similar games is higher.

That's true, but the only thing that I could see bothering me would be if I specifically bought the more expensive system because I thought the exclusives were worth the additional cost. To find that the games I really wanted are actually multiplatform would make me feel like I had wasted some money.

I hate when companies do that to a game because then you gotta go and buy another whole system you'll rarely use. Like me with my Wii and Super Smash Bros Brawl.

They would have a better chance but people don't think like that.

4.Kairi's nobody is namine,(recall KH1, when sora tried to catch Kairi,but kairi just passes through him.Thats when she loses her heart and how it ended up in sora,and how namine was created :P)

Xion happens to be sora's failed replica made by Vexen, and because of that, xion appearance depends on the viewer's relation to a certain someone, thats why roxas, as sora's nobody, sees her as kairi, axel sees her as Namine(idk why),Riku sees her as Sora,Xemnas and Xigbar sees her as Ven(You'll find out in BBS) and Saix sees her as a puppet. while the rest sees her as a hooded person.

Anyway.
Console games and myself don't have a good relationship with one another, so I haven't played much of the original (except for a friend's copy) and KHII. I have, however, played CoM and 358/2 Days, and I've recently got my hands on a ten-dollar PSP (sold from my brother, of course Dx) in preparation for Birth By Sleep.
So I'm hoping that they sort of invert Re:CoS and stick a few of the Kingdom Hearts on the PSP or DS or equivalent handheld console so I can actually play them... x3

And anyway, even though the Organization does get kind of funky at times, it should be noted that they are villains and so I have an enormous bias towards them. /nods

I'm playing trhu KH2 for the second time and I still don't quite get the story. It's too complicated. Heartless, Nobodies (wth!?). Nevertheless it's an awesome game. I just love
Limit commands (except donald's, goofy's and tron's)
Transformations (except wisdom form, inc. Anti-form)
The Locations (except the damn little mermaid ones where they sing and the winnie the pooh "somebody-i-don't-know")

But it's true, the proportion of disney to final fantasy is shameful. Too many final fantasy characters cropping up like everywhere.

I finished Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep a month ago, id say its the best KH if I speak about the Gameplay and having a Multiplayer is fun with friends.
The story works like how the 3 characters are listed when you begin, Terra, Ventus, Aqua.
Some people may start with Aqua but the best would be with Terra because of the Timeline.

Of course speaking of Kingdom Hearts 2, it can be hard to understand it at first, why? Because before KH2 they made KH Chain of Memory on the Gameboy Advance which is Sora and Riku in Castle Oblivion (Explains why Sora was sleeping in a pod, why Riku uses Ansem darkness power etc).
Now there is a KH Re:Chain of Memory for the Playstation 2, I finished Sora story and soon will do Riku story when I got time.

As for Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep, it only has 1 Final Fantasy Character which is Zack Fair (My favorite FF character because of Crisis Core)

Ehh... I knew a dude who lambasted me over not liking the series (and called my criticism as 'bashing', when it wasn't; many lulz were had on my part) or even the designs of most of the Squaresoft characters. To be honest, I really didn't like it.

The crossover idea of East/West-styles and characters is great, but it doesn't seem like a tribute series to either company. Most of the same Disney locations are reused and revisited so often, I'm surprised they haven't covered many others (unless they don't fit or had legal troubles?). I mean, y'know... 'Oliver and Company', 'Robin Hood', something rare and unique.

Plus I kinda felt it had too much emphasis on the games VII on up. How about VI? Mystic Quest? 'FIGHTER', 'THIEF', 'B. MAGE' and 'LIT'? xD The later games are good, sure, but there's still many fond memories of the other ones, too.

I've just started to play Kingdom hearts Re:coded for the ds. Basically you play sora through a series of mini episodes that were previously released as cell phone games or something. lol. :p Feels a lot like 358 days thus far (but I have a feeling I won't like this as much) Anyone else playing this? Should release in America sometime after new year's.
