Quite possibly one of the best and most addictive games is finally here for the PS3!
Anyone have it yet? This is SO on my wish list. I played Katamari 1 & 2 and loved them both.

So it's every other Katamati game again? It kind of stops being creative after it's repeated for the third or fourth bloody time.
Hey buddy, you should be a Russian Cosmonaut, and here's why.

I don't understand this game. It's about rolling a sticky ball and sticking up everything... that's it. What is the challenge factor in this game?

Play it, that's the only way you'll ever understand it.
As for me, I downloaded the demo, I don't have the money to get the full game right now. Controls felt weird to me, I wonder if I can switch those around, they nailed it on the PSP. But it was still awesome and I still love Katamari.

Basically, you have to acquire a certain volume of items within a time-limit. You can't grab larger objects until your Katamari is over a certain volume itself, so you have to work your way up from small objects like flowers or cupcakes up to continents and planets and stuff. There's also the issue that the shape of your junk-ball affects the physics of its movement: if you favor the right side for too long, you'll find that it fades to the left at inconvenient times and you'll be forced to compensate manually.
So... yeah. Simple idea, complex execution. You might as well ask what the challenge is in Mario: you just have to go from one end of the screen to the other and jump over stuff.
