Joker by Kaz Yamane. No, he's not the same Joker from the Batman series. If I'm not mistaken, the artist used to work in an American Superhero comics company before he came back to Japan to produce his own works.

The story is about a wrestler who could transform himself into a maniac (Joker) when he saw the full moon. This manga is full of wrestling action and villains that could also transform under spell of the full moon.

I like Garo. It's a live-action series; huge budget, lots of very cool special effects. It's basically a grown up sentai series (realistic violence, occasional nudity, deeper than usual storyline, no unnecessary posing while transforming).
