Well, these things aren't necessary to make my comic nice, but I would like to know how to do any of these, so if someone out there would eb kind enough to tell me, I would be really thankful...
(Please explain in detail.)

How do I:
- Create and upload a working Banner (that links to my comic or a comic I like)
- Manually edit the layout and tables/boxes of the stuff on my comic pages
- Add music to the comic page (or a selection of music to listen to)
- Create an animated banner/avatar/comic page

If there is more, I will most likely bother you with it later, but someone out there please just help me out a bit...

I don't know the exact details for everything (for example: my roommate did my site customization), but I will tell you this: Don't bother with the music thing. It's a cute gimmick at first, but it gets annoying real quick.

i didn't mean like a constant-play thing.
I meant like if I wanted to provide a comic where you could click buttons to hear the dramatic sound effect at that point, like every time a bad guy says something, you get to click it and it goes "DUN DUN DUNNNNN".
I never really intended to make it something permanent.
I would probably limit it to something like 3 or 4 pages worth of junk.

I add music to my comics all the time (check out LAX), to do so, you need flash
