Looks like a Croatian document... not that long ago Muslim women there had very, very bad things done to them by the catholic Croatians and Orthodox Serbs so judging people based on their cultural religious practices is a bit fatuous. lol!

Funny about the niqab (?) though. The dumb thing is that the authorities require a photo ID at all in that situation since she'll be wearing it all the time anyway, even if the pic did have her face on it, it wouldn't normally be all that much use.
It's not usual for Eastern European Muslim women to wear those either... she must be a bit of a fundamentalist or something. :P

Yeah, I'm almost 100% that document has nothing to do with Iraq except that happens to be where Fatima was born. Looking at the date that's not even Croatian, that's Yugoslav! But yeah, even if she was born in Iraq and not originally Yugoslav, wearing a full niqab is STILL pretty fundamentalist: they didn't really wear those that much in Iraq back then and certainly not in Yugoslavia. How bizarre. I hope she survived the war back then :(
