I just bought it ($20 bucks, score.) and boy, must I say. This game is good. It's the perfect game to sit down with and bring something to eat. The graphics look good, the acting is terrific and the character interaction is fluid, despite being mo-cap (you know the feeling, where the character looks weird interacting with the enviroment, The Getaway and The Rise To Honor)

The only bad thing is the controls can be confusing at times. The game consists of moving with the left analog stick, and actions with the right analog stick. Works well, but sometimes doesn't. Another thing is the camara, that will either get you dizzy, or confused. The cinematic angles are great though.

So there you go, if you find Indio Prophecy cheap. Buy it. It will be totally worth it.

Er, shit. I forgot the "g". Oh well, can't edit title.

My friend burned me the british version...they named it fahrenheit...? Too bad my computer couldn't handle it and I don't own any consoles aside from my completely dead ps1.

...and I wanted to play it so so so badly too.

Damnit, I still want to play it.

so...jealous...right now...bah.

Indigo Prophecy is crazy good. I own the xbox version, but the controls are a lot funner on a PC.

Man, I'm surprised I never wrote a topic on this game. It's become one of my favorite games ever, and is my favorite current game (if you can call it current).

I hear the british version is better though, that there's just some other things in it that make it more complete.

Though, I have one BIG HUGE gripe - the whole Carla/Lucas thing... where the hell did that come from? Anyone know?

But yeah, definalty the most awesome game I've played i a while... not as awesome as Psychonauts, but still right up there.

I am eagerly awaiting the developers Sophmore effort, Heavy Rain.

Indigo Prophecy took me back to a time when it was the Tenctacle's day and Indiana was busy savin' girls and solving the mysteries of atlantis. It was a much simplier time really, with motorcycle battles and crazed, murderous rabbits.

Erm, but yeah Indigo Prophecy had some great mini-games. Though I do agree that the end fight was a little... much.

Haha, how many times have I glanced in this forum and not seen this topic?

I picked up Farenheit at a GameStation about a month and a half ago thinking "well this might be neat... I was wrong about the other one though..."

I like the types of games where you get to explore the town and talk to people and stuff so this is right up my alley. :) Open fridge, drink milk, close fridge!

I agree the controls are a little wonky, I only have trouble with the walking though. If you're moving the stick continuously to walk and the camera is rotating, the analog stick doesn't catch on that youre initial direction has changed. So sometimes you end up pressing right when he's really moving left, because originally you WERE moving right. The solution is to walk in steps and lift off the stick when the camera changes, but that's hard to remember. :/

I'm only at the part where he's visited the mayan museum though so nobody spoil it for me. T_T

I actually didn't like the simon-says bits at first but now I kind of like them. It kind of sucks when they're fast though because then you can't properly watch what's going on in the scene. I wish you could go back and just watch those like movie sequences after you've done them, because some of it looked cool like jumping off cop cars and dodging bullets.

Anyway the 'sitting down with some food to play it' is pretty accurate, it's a very mood-creating type of game. :) My boyfriend and I have a couple of games that we won't allow each other to play unless we're both there and this is one of them. (Why it's taking so long to play really.)

It's really a two player game, because there are peltny of simon says scenes where you have to focus on the colors, and not the scene, so someone else gets to watch it - w/ Carla's claustrophobia, I had to have someone else keep their eye on the L/R bar

On the rbight side, I don't know if it's like this in the PC version, but on X-Box there's an extras menu and all the scenes you miss are there. So that's pretty awesome.
