Ok I'm in photoshop I open my pic, go to the image menu, go to threshold thena thing pops up saying that I can't use threshold on a indexed layer. So how do I unindex the layer, my picture opens as an indexed layer, can anyone help?

Image -> Mode -> RGB Color
