I've tried to change the images of my manga/comic pages because I've updated them, but the new image never shows up. And yep, they're all JPEG. What do you guys suggest?

They DO tend to change, but it takes fricken AGES and they still switch back occasionally because of problems with our image server.

The best way to be sure of having updated artwork and it sticking is to delete the whole comic page and re-upload the whole thing, description and all. That's extreme but it works.

It's a bug, sorry. :(

Aww, then I lose comments and ratings. ; ;.... Is the bug fixable?

Like I said, it's extreme. You can just simply edit the images and hope they'll eventually change. That's what I do on my own comic.

I edited this page to be this image about a month and a half ago, and yet it STILL changes back to the old one. lol!

Oh, the new one comes up sometimes, for a few days and then it changes back. I've tried several different browsers and two different computers with two different operating systems, cleared caches etc...

Basically, if you don't mind the old pics coming back now and again and waiting for a definitive fix, then simply leave it, you'll still have your comments and ratings :)

If you'd rather a fresh start and want to be 100% sure the right art is up all the time-delete the page and start again. I'm sorry, I can't offer you a better fix than that, I'm stuck in the same boat as you can see. :(

Well I hope it can be fixed - deleting the old image and uploading a new one not only loses comments and ratings... it confused the readers. And then they hate me. :-( I've been trying to update an image for days (same page) and the new one NEVER shows no matter what I do.

This occurs for Comic thumbnail and comic title images too.

I've changed both and like oceanozone has said, it took a while but eventually the new one took over. I just changed my comic title image today and I'm sure it will flip over to the right one in time, but it does make changing your layout a bit sticky. :D
