I was looking for a new hoodie when I went shopping the other week, and well to be honest all the ones I saw were boring lol. So I've decided maybe I could try buying a plain hoodie and customizing it.
I'm thinking of making an animal type hoodie (with ears and stuff), but I don't want to do a boring animal, so I was wondering if you guys could come up with any ideas for an animal I could base the hoodie on. Or, if you have any other ideas of how I could customize it, I'm open to other ideas too.

I once met someone who cut the ears off of a teddy bear and sewed them onto his hoodie. it looked pretty neat and it'd save you the trouble of having to make your own ears.
I once found a T-shirt that had a cool graphic on the back but a really dumb one on the front so I made it into a back patch. I dunno if you'd want to do that but it's and idea.

Well I've come up with a design now :)
It's sort of a mix of ERasER's wolf idea and PIT_FACE's zebra striped idea. I might post a picture of the design at some point, but for now I'll just tell you what it's (hopefully) going to look like. It's going to have wolf-type ears, but a bit taller than they should be, and it's going to be a bright colour (I want it to be blue) with some stripes on the back and sleeves in a contrasting colour (if I use a blue hoodie I want yellow stripes). The ears will also be blue, with yellow inside. How does that sound?

I'll probably sew stripes onto it, or possibly use fabric paint

Ooh-paste some kind of catchy phrase on it like..."HACK-hairball" or...I can't think of anything...

Easiest way I know of to do stripes and the like is to put a piece of shirt board inside the hoody so nothing seeps through and take a can of decent spray paint and a stencil to it and just do light layers until you get the desired opacity. It gives much flatter lines without brush marks and it's pretty wash-proof so far as I know.

Sure I'll put pics here when I'm done, but right now I don't know when I'll be starting it. I haven't found a hoodie that is a nice enough colour yet lol
