I just started a couple of weeks ago and I have no Idea how to make a good MS paint comic... Can somebody read my comic and please give me some tips...
(P.S. Don't tell me to get Paint.net because my OS won't take it... I've tried...):neenjah:

If you can't use Paint.net, Gimp, or any of those other more powerful freebies, then keep the following in mind. MS Paint can support more than the initial colors you see on the palette. By utilizing other colors in the RGB spectrum, you can prevent retina-burning combinations of cyan and bright green, cyan and yellow, or any two bright colors. I'd also advise saving your images in PNG format as MS Paint distorts the image when saved as JPEG.

My computer is a ME and it only has GIF or JPEG I didn't know which one is better

Windows ME?! Aside from upgrading from that unstable excuse of an OS, you're better off with the GIF. You'll be restricted to 256 colors, but you won't get the graininess from when you save as a JPEG (just look between the letters in your avatar to see what I mean).
