I just realized that I have Photoshop 1.0.
I really need to upgrade.
No wonder everything I shop doesn't look as good as when I do it by hand.
Can anyone tell me where I can buy a newer one... or something that's pretty reliable and won't deplete all my money. I could google this, and I will anyway, but I don't trust testimonials...

The GIMP is a free graphics program that you can download. I wouldn't say it's as good as photoshop, but a fair number of people use it, and $0 is better than $1000!
You can also get a tooled-down version of Photoshop called Photoshop Elements. That'd only set you back about $100.
As to where... well that I can't currently help you with (though if you're looking for the GIMP, a quick google search that I am too lazy to perform will get you a link :) )

Hey, wait a minute. Instead of doing something illegal, which I`m not saying to do, since I never really said it.
Why don`t you download GIMPshop? The GIMP Program that was mentioned before, but with a twist. Since GIMP is pretty hard to work with if you don`t know what your doing, GIMPshop sets The GIMP to look like Photoshop.
