I just dont know how to do it, ok i got my stuff on photoshop finished and when i upload em on my webcomic, they are really big, how can i change this :S

Make sure to pay attention to filesize. i.e. 900kb for some 650x900 black and white image is ludicrous.

Just make sure you always shrink down, and only once. If you mess up (i.e. made it too small), DONT expand it. Simply step back (ctrl+z) and shrink it down again. 900 pixels is a good width for any comic. Height isn't much of an issue do the fact people can scroll down. Scrolling left to right is annoying.

And make sure you don't loose the original high resolution version!
Duplicate image, flatten it (some effects like outlines can behave odd when resized) and then resize and "save for web".
