I just dont know how to do it, ok i got my stuff on photoshop finished and when i upload em on my webcomic, they are really big, how can i change this :S

Just make sure you always shrink down, and only once. If you mess up (i.e. made it too small), DONT expand it. Simply step back (ctrl+z) and shrink it down again. 900 pixels is a good width for any comic. Height isn't much of an issue do the fact people can scroll down. Scrolling left to right is annoying.
