I am at the part where you are in the Police Mans mind and you have to get in the sewers and apparently I cant get the plunger until I clean the cobweb blocking it. So I need the mental cobweb duster, but I dont have enough arrowheads. I have around 113 arrowheads and I need 800. Can anyone tell me where I can get fast and quick arrowheads?

You have to buy that arrowhead dowsing rod in the shop. Once you have that you can wander around the camp grounds and dig up big caches of arrowheads, up to 50 or 60 at once. It's kind of annoying to have to take the extra step, but once you have the dowsing rod it will only take you about 10 minutes to clean out the camp and get your 800 arrowheads.
