Im new here, and i have been reading Pokemon granite! I USED to like pokemon up to season 2, well May and Max was alright but after that it just sucked. BUT on the other hand this is a great comic, read it! Props to who made this because im too lazy to go get your username.

I've never really seen a sprite comic I enjoyed.
People rave about 8 bit theatre but I never found it very entertaining.
Maybe I just have to find the right comic to win me over to the genre, but so far it just isn't happening.

I was about to recomend you Kidd Radd [kidradd.org], but apparently the site is offline at the moment.
It's actualy one of my favorite completed webcomics because of it's heavy use of animation. It was pretty cool back in 2003 or whenever anyhow.
Bonus points for actually featuring original characters rather than Megaman re-colours and having a definite ending after only two years.

eh, it's not really any different than any other pokemon fancomic done with sprites. they just haven't lost interest like most of the kids that make 'em do.
sprie comics suffer from being a comic method where the writing is more important than the art because theart isn't made for the comic, while usually done with the expectations that the art will compensate for problems with the writing. it pretty much encrouages terrible work.

I have a guilty pleasure favorite in Ansem Retort [ansemretort.org]. It is awful in every way, but I think it's okay to like something that's bad as long as can admit that it's bad.
