I joined yesterday and when I did, I clicked "under 18 years old" since I'm 17..

But I noticed I got a mail with this explanation >.< :

What am I supposed to do now ? I didn't say I was under 13 xD (at least I hope I didn't ^^' )

Yeah, you're verified but at the wrong age? There are two age things there to catch people, you may have fallen foul of one of them ;)

i have a big problem when i try to do some things on DD it says i need a verified acount but i have already verified my acount and if i try to again it says i have already

You weren't actually, but you are now. :]
