I tried to make a comic section, but I keep getting this error saying there's an error with the request. And I did fill out the fields. HELP!

I'm having the same problem, only I use Internet Explorer.
I've made sure the title is free, put in a description, checked all the boxes and drop-downs but whenever I clike "create comic" it just says my request cannot be completed.
