I can't see a way to browse by rating. I can sort by Readers, last updated etc. but there doesn't seem to be an option to browse by highest rated.
What am I missing, please?

As far as I know, there isn't a way, probably because the ratings don't really mean anything anymore. Searching by readers is the way to filter by most popular.
