I don't know if that link is what you are looking for or not. I found it in the 'Help How Do I?' forum.

You'll have to know how to work with html and set it up as a separate file on your computer in a program like notepad, Word or a page builder like dreamweaver. Once you create the html file you'll save it and upload it to your files page for your comic. Note that the files page is not the same page as your comic upload page. Once you've done that, you'll need to do a bit more html work to link to the file in your comic site's html under the advanced html setting. Once you've done that you should be able to click the link and navigate to your characters page.
