(b) I'm not good at... sticking with things so i tend to give up halfway... but i'm planning to TRY and at least stick this out till the very end.. hopefully.. >_<

My very first webcomic project was started in 2001-2002 and ran for awhile but never really took off. We re-started it at one point, I went through about 4 artists and then just gave up on it.

I started Here There Be Robots in late 2004 but we didn't actually start putting up finished pages until early 2005.

I'm also doing that other comic "Space Waffles ".
We now have a podcast called The Random Pirate Comics Show!

oh wow..@_@;;...uhhh...At least six years now. I've only ever finished three comic projects (of the eight I attempted), but I have another one that's going to be finished here soon since it's being published in a compilation with a buncha short comics by other artists. XD

Two of mine I don't dare show online anymore even, they are just that bad. I deleted the files off of my computer even. I have the original pages in a filing cabinet buried under other things e_e;; I can't bear to throw them out even if they do terrify me every time I run across them. I enjoy aking comics, and it's nice to see where I came from, I guess. It reminds me that at one point, I used to suck really bad at drawing (and writing), and makes me wonder if I'll feel that way about the artwork I'm producing today six years from now.

I started Serenade Song back in august. I started the initial idea back in 2002, and I've been drawing ever since I can remember.

Thank you! :3 I've tried to push myself very hard to develop my style and skills, cause that's what I want to do wth my life - draw comics/manga. I'm going to be majoring in Sequential Art as soon as I change schools, right now I'm majoring in Graphic Design.

Oh and cause I wasn't too clear..I've been drawing since I was in 8th grade. I was like..13 or 14 then? I'm 20 now. So about 7 (almost 8) years now, total. And that's also when I decided I was gunna be a comic book artist when I grew up XD; I think my Mom had a lot to do with my development as an artist though. She was very encouraging, and since she used to draw also, she taught me a lot of drawing and color basics before I ever took formal art classes.

February 2006.

I've been going about 8 months now, and I've only made roughly a total of 25 comics(as in comic strips and filler). I'm still very new to it, but my charcters and comic are starting to be headed to where I want them to be.

I believe I started posting one-panel lame-joke strips sometime in 1998, on geocites of all places... Then came Minimum wage on the Duck in 2002, which has morphed into This Ego of Mine.
Kinda sad that it's been around for almost four years and has less than fifty pages!

I originally put the first "episode" of my comic on the Internet back in September 2005, but after my webhost had gone I had to put them in my online Gallery, some time in Feburary. I also used this upload date for these earlier episodes on DrunkDuck.

So technically, I've been making comics for about a year.

The webcomic I am making now is the polished second draft of a comic I tried putting on the 'net two years ago. I took the first one down and spent about a year working on my storytelling abilities before I tried again.

How long am I making comics? Well, I've done that as long as I can remember.

Webcomics? That's hard to say. My first comic on the web was in 2002. As a matter of fact it's this one: http://www.stripster.nl/Strips/2002/11a/pag-7.htm [stripster.nl]
It SUCKS... that's all I can say about it. But I love to watch it, simply so I can see the progress I made. I still don't like the things that I make, but it's still a lot better than all of that old crap.

But what's a webcomic? That first example was just some comic I scanned and send to that comic-site that published it. Is that a real webcomic? Or is it only to be called a webcomic when it's a often updated series. If it's that last thing, I still don't know if I've ever made a real one. I always forget to update it. I have a Dutch website that I made at the beginning this year that I've managed to update for a long time, it's still running, but the updating is very slow and most of the comics have nothing to do with each other.

I can't really tell. It's safe to say: I've been making my first real webcomic at February this year after publishing some stuff on all sorts of other websites.

I've been making webcomics since early 2004. Alas, my first 3 runs of Elvenbaath were just test runs; I was trying to see how my writing and art skills were working out, and then when I finally gave Elvenbaath a legit run, I went 176 strips in a row and then stopped due to heartbreak, and the resulting abandonment of my cranium by my Muse.

So I started a new one, with a writer. Can't blame the Muse for that one! :D
