It depends a lot for me. I am unable to concentrate on one thing for a long period of time, which makes it harder to guestimate the time. Generally it goes something along the lines of...
1) Thumbnailing and rough scripting. Sometimes this comes really easily and other times I have to work for it, anywhere from ten minutes to an hour of 'spare time'. This generally occurs during class though, so I don't count it towards 'final time'.
2) Drawing. An hour or so, depending on the complexity of the page. If it's just a bunch of talking heads I could probably get it out in a half hour or so.
3) Inking (And scanning). This is the part that takes the longest, by far. Two or three hours or more. This is where the most procrastinating gets done too. If there's an epic fifty thousand page thread going on, I all of a sudden need to read it all.
4) Coloring. Probably one of the quickest things outside of thumbnailing. Paint bucket go, done in half an hour.
5) Adding text and finishing generally. The most boring part for me so it seems to drag on and on and on. An hour or so to go through and do everything.
All together five hours, give or take. And I update whenever I can stop procrastinating and do a strip, supposedly once a week. Supposedly.

How long does it take you to make a page of your comic and how often do you make pages?

Depends on how much dialogue, how many figures, how many panels, and how many backgrounds per page... anywhere from 8 to 14 hours.
If I had to do it all over again, my comic would have been about two identical twins battling it out for all eternity inside a white room (with black curtains).
...wearing mittens. And a bag over their heads.
Anyway, I'm about the same as you 8-14 hours per page depending on how involved it is. Anything with a 3-point perspective grid that ends up being a lot of lines inked with a ruler like skyscraper panels immediately multiplies the time a page takes.
These days I update once a week. It used to be twice a week, but I just can't pull that off anymore what with the dayjob and all.

Takes me between 4-6 hours. When I'm on a roll, I put out one page a week. Recently, it's been more like one page every few months... :(
