Well, the question is in the title :)
If you have more than one comic, feel free to talk about both!
I'm not certain how long it takes me to make a page for my comics, but I'll make a guess lol also I don't have a very regular 'comic making session' at the moment, (due to college work) so I'll leave that part out lol
Last Of The Wilds: 10-20 mins drawing, 5-15 mins inking, 20-40 mins colouring
Dark Light: 10-20 mins drawing, 10-20 mins inking
Love Cat: 10-20 mins drawing, 5-10 mins colouring
Quest For Zanvadas: (Which isn't on here yet) 20-60 mins drawing, 15-60 mins inking, 20-60 mins colouring
What about you guys?

For Used Books I've done everything in separate parts.
Scripting:
Recently, I did this at work during my downtime. I scripted an average of about 20 pages over the course of two hours.
Drafting and pencils:
Usually takes me two to three hours per page. I rarely draw more than a page any given day, but if I'm in the mood, I can do two. When I'm done, I scan them in and leave them in a folder until they come up in the queue. -- I currently have scanned pages up to 785. (That's a little over thirty pages past my current uploads.)
My *goal* is to draw a couple pages a week. But I actually didn't draw anything for the past four months. I finally picked up a pencil again and drew two pages this week. I hope to continue that.
Digital clean-up, inking, and lettering:
About three hours per page. Generally, I do the clean-up one day and the color the next day.
Coloring:
Takes about two hours per page, give or take time depending on the number of panels and details. Between the digital clean-up and coloring, I devote four days a week to UB pages. I keep my uploads at least a week ahead of the current date.
If you add up the disjointed parts, it takes 7 or 8 hours per page, spread over two or three days. -- However, since I have not done any pencil work for a few months, I've been spending only about ten hours a week on UB pages.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I usually do one shot in Gelotology. Penciling takes 10 minutes to half an hour. Digital inking takes an hour or two. Coloring typically takes no more than 30 minutes to an hour. I usually work off and on Sunday evenings.
About 8 hrs or less for a page of Engine. 3 to 4 hrs for a commission with a simple background....all my work is in the inking. my pencils are quite loose.
Dificult to say, depends on how fortunate I'm being on a given day, sometimes I just can't seem to get the drawings right, others I get it right first time. On average I'd say between 6 to 8 hours per page.
Well, it all depends on the page. Since I'm pretty loose with penciling, it only takes about an hour to two hours for that.
Inking takes the longest, because I don't just go over the lines once, oh no. I have to make it complicated by going over them several times, each. Also adding in little details, and coloring in big areas with black. I'd say this takes about 3-5 hours, depending on the page.
And finally, toning. This also takes pretty long, because I don't just do parts of the page, I color the whole damn thing with greys. This takes about 2 to 3 hours.
Total Time: 6 to 10 hours per page.
Not including scanning, and all that extra jazz.
It takes about a half-hour to draw a Negligence page, and that does not include sketching, scanning, computer editing, or text. Counting all of that plus the fact that I work on multiple pages at a time, it takes about two, three weeks to complete a Negligence story from start to finish.
I am constantly working on the comic. Right now, I'm taking a break from it because I have a huge backlog plus I've got some other projects I want to work on (making another book, photography, another "Ask Drannik" video, promoting Negligence, etc.)
To be quite honest, they can sometimes take me days to do since I'm so obsessed with making everything sparkly and nice; I don't want my pages to be eye-raping horrible. But on average, I say it would take me about 10+ hours to do them. I've been trying to get at least two pages a week, but life keeps getting in the way, so I've only accomplished one page a week (and sometimes, even less, SORRY READERS!).
As far as the planning and scripting phase...it really depends on how many pages I've planned/scripted at the time (and this isn't including all of the corrections and adjustments, either).
Depends on how much dialogue, how many figures, how many panels, and how many backgrounds per page... anywhere from 8 to 14 hours.
If I had to do it all over again, my comic would have been about two identical twins battling it out for all eternity inside a white room (with black curtains).
Hmm, Let's see for Minion? Well if I measure these without stopping for an eight panel color and shaded page...
Script 10-20 minutes.
sketching and inking- 2 hours.
Scanning, coloring, shading- 3 hours.
So non-stop -5 hours and 20 minutes.
Now add the fact that I have a full time job, school, and a short attention span, from start to finish, seven months.
It varies, and I don't just sit and work on a page, usually I watch tele while I draw it so that adds time. But estimating out the time lost watching tele, maybe 1-3 hours.
If I worked without pause, probably 3-5 hours. How often I make pages really varies, once in a while I'll do them back to back without stop, but lately It's taken me a week to roll one out.
This is probably the most FAQ I get from my readers. ;)
12-16 hours (pencils to finished inks). But it's taken as much as 24 on a couple of 'em.
I used to average a page every couple days, but now it's more like one a week.
difficult to say...
First page of Din Krakatau took me about 8 hours to do. Once I got to the last pages, I was pencilling three to five pages a day and then coloring 8+ on the "next" day ("next" as I was actually coloring them after pencilling ALL the pages in the second half of the story).
And that doesn't include all the time spent relettering/editing them all for the print edition.
On the 6-page story for this drunkduck comic thing I've spent roughly 4-6 hours on inks (as most of the art was figured out on the inking stage, pencils were just rough outlines) with the exception of the final page that took me TWO days to do; about 6 or 7 hours on the first day to do the upper half, and then perhaps 12 hours for the final panel (learning perspective grids on the go, heh). Coloring was done in two stages, and I believe it took me four days to do the flats and then two more to apply actual color, overall the entire thing with lettering took me close to two weeks.
When I was working on the unfinished vampire project (unfinished as I'll be reworking it as a 10 50-page long issues and will redraw all of the art), I went back and white, my goal was three pages a day, but quite often it was only 2 and once it was 4. I think the average was 2.5 page per day or so.
Right now I'm preparing to tackle two projects: one b&w and one color. I'm expecting the b&w to be 1-2 pages a day and the color one to be slower, a page per day or three. Will see how it goes.
It takes me awhile to do a page @_@. Partially because I go to school and work, partially because I get side-tracked easily, and partially because shading takes me awhile. I'd say it can take me anywhere between 8-12 hours to do a page, depending on the number of panels and what I'm drawing.
Also, I never work on a page in one sitting. I tend to work on one page or a couple of pages over a 2-5 day period. One day I'll draw, the next day I'll ink...the only thing I tend to do in one sitting is shade. Shading takes the longest; it eats about 2/3 of the hours spent on a page! XD
For BTRN, on a productive day, maybe 4 hours. For inking, cleanup, and shading. I draw pages so far in advance, I don't even remember how long it took to actually pencil a page by the time I start to ink it for publication. On average, depending on the scenery, the action happening on the page, and the amount/complication of the panels, between 5 and 6 hours per page. Sometimes days, but that's because I get frustrated at something and give up :P
Penciling easily takes the longest for me, apparently there's a difference between creating something for the first time and tracing over something you already drew :P So I guess overall, about 9-10 hours per update. ... I suddenly feel like I've wasted so much time on this thing...
Lately, I haven't drawn any new pages because school and work eat the hell out of my free time. I'm done with the chapter I'm currently on and through the beginning of the next chapter, which is about a 23 page buffer, and too small for my liking. This thread inspires me to make more :)
For CA, it takes... five... damn years...
Wow, I'm amazed that a lot of you update so often when you spend so much time on your pages! I need to live up to your amazingness. For my picture diary it depends on the strip. Some have taken as little as 30 min while others have taken up to 6 hours.... (which is probably a lot considering how simple the art looks)
It really depends on how many panels there are, but usually 5+ hours to do one strip of Splash Damage.
We used to update every 2 days, full color and everything, but I (the artist) is in art school right now and can't update like that right now, so we're kinda just updating when I can. Which sucks, because I'm letting down my writer.
Well, sometimes getting the script can take longer than doing the page as Doctor Shadow is always busy and won't tell me the plot in advance so it is a surprise for me!
We update Wyrden twice a week and in between all the other stuff I do, I do the comic, usually on a Sat/ Sun and Tues/ Wed. Todays update was done rather frantically on Wednesday night 0.o!
As for timing, well I start by doing a stick figure style rough to get layout etc right with Doctor Shadow. I have had to learn to leave space for speech bubbles etc! That takes about 5 mins.
Then I do the pencil sketch of the comic page, that usually takes about 15 mins, depending on how complex I want things. Some of the recent stuff involving the Wrath and the city scapes took longer due to the perspective.
Then I shade in using water colour pencil (black) and use a brush to turn it into a greyscale wash. About 30 mins.
Let it dry!
Then I begin the brush ink phase. That can take a while. Anything between an hour and three hours!
Let it dry!
Scan in using PS! I don't alter anything in PS, maybe rub away a pencil line or two I forgot to get rid of.
I've threatened to do a colour update for the 200th page, seeing as that would be done in watercolour and ink...that will take a LOT longer!
Well, this is all pretty generalized. Every page is a little bit different, but I'm sure that everyone reading this message already knows that.
Loose pencil layouts will only take a minute or two. Sometimes less than that.
The linework will take about an hour. Sometimes a bit less, but usually a little more.
Erasing the pencils takes about five to ten minutes.
Coloring the page takes somewhere between an hour and two and a half hours.
Filling in the word balloons after the page is scanned in takes about forty-five minutes.
On average I'd say I can pencil a page in two hours, ink it in about three. It varies though, if it's a really simple layout of very few panels with little to no dialogue I can finish the whole page-- inks and all in less than an hour. Also if for some reason I'm doing a text-heavy page with more than nine panels I could be working on it for days. I actually do draw every day too-- not always comics but I try to get at least forty minutes in on comics pages every day.
It usually takes about 6-10 hours to do a page of my comic, total. It's a photocomic, so I need a lot of time to shoot, re-shoot, and edit. Finding the right scene and building sets can eat up some time. The comic itself can usually be assembled within 3-4 hours as long as I don't need to do any serious editing. I'm publishing it once a week right now.
It also originally took me about 50 hours to make the first set of figures I needed for my comic. Periodically I add more to the library, I always need to create more poses and expressions.
I've done a few hand drawn pages as well, but I probably spent almost 20 hours on them.
Sketching:
The most difficult part for me. I don't write scripts, so I never know what exactly to draw. :| Sometimes I just stare at my tablet for an hour, just to realize I can't think of anything, and sometimes I can draw the idea for a whole page in 5 - 10 minutes.
Inking:
Usually takes around 30 - 60 minutes to do, unless I get distracted by things such as posting on forums... ah, not again, I hate the Internet for being so addicting...
Coloring:
Add another 30 - 60 minutes to that. I'm keeping everything fairly simple (but not too simple, I think...), and I've always been fast at coloring, so it probably wouldn't make much of a difference even if I added more details.
I always draw pages in advance, so it's okay if I don't draw new pages regularly. Sometimes I'm just not in the mood, like last week, but yesterday I sketched five pages and actually finished three of them. With my current update schedule and the pages I've done already, I could easily wait three weeks before I start drawing again.
