How does someone become a moderator?

I want to know because i will be great more people become a moderator and help DD look more you know E rated...

E rated? Actually most DD members would fall into the M rating, if we're talking about age. ;)
Mods are selected by the Admin team on the basis of need for the site and most importantly: having a good, known, stable character. Plus it helps if they've been helpful around he place for ages too.
The site is very quiet right now so we don't need anyone else.
