Take yourself off of assisting another user's comic?

Is there a way to stop assisting it besides contacting the person who placed you on there?

I have a situation that is along those lines, but thats not what I'm posting about. I'm asking so other people who may have run into this problem, can find a way out. I tried looking for a thread that had this asked already, but I can't find one, so I hope I'm not posting old news.

Well, it's not old news. But it does seem to happen a lot.

I have no experience with this new Assist feature (What kind of mod am I?) but from the sounds of other people, there is no way to not assist a comic.

Contact an Admin is my best advice.
