How do you sticky a post in your comic's own forum

I started up my own forums for my comic and i have a post that i want stickied but cant seem to figure out how to do it. do i need to contact someone with mod powers to sticky it for me?

Oh, no no no no no...
All you have to do is make a thrend, and there will be three little boxes below (or next to?) the "Emotes" link. Just click the "Sticky" one, and then you got yourself a sticky thrend! Also, you can just edit the post to un-sticky it, or lock it, or make it important.
