Does that answer your question?
Edit:
Actually, I see you've done that. Hit the blue arrow by MyComics that should be on the right hand side right now. Click the green '+' to add pages to the comic, then hit submit to upload those pages.
Good?

In terms of hosting, first you need to find a server, get yourself some space, and then get a site programmed for you. This isnt always hard, unless you really want to stand out. You could be some faggot and go get Wordpress, it's a (to my knowledge) free to use blog-like hub. It's actually not that bad, and is a quick easy way to just get a site and go. They have plenty of templates too, but coding your own is very easy.
On the contrary you can hire a programmer (I know of a few who do work on the cheap if you're interested) to code you a layout, gallery, etc.
Once that's done, you just smack all the data into you're server. Things get a bit tricky here, if you dont know what you're doing you can create a lot of errors. So you may want someone who knows servers to help you set things up. Those are also not so hard to find, although some might be dicks and ask for money too.
Lastly, get a forum. Make it about pure bullshit if you want. So long as you have a section where users can express themselves, you'll have people constantly coming back. Look at DD. It's has a COMMUNITY. Fans arent always enough, they come and go. But if you have people who will stick around for the community, it helps you market your comic to them as well.
In terms of advertising you can go out on a limb and TRY to get around via word-of-mouth. But be prepared to spend quite a bit of time doing that. Or you can buy ads on websites, assuming you have money to toss about. OR, you could be a blithering ass and just spam your comic everywhere. I wouldnt advise that, it turns a lot of people off and often times attracts complete idiots.
Hope this is helpful, good luck on getting your work out there! :)
