How do make a pages smaller?

I was wonder how to make the pages smaller cuz the pages in my comic are like waaaaay to big! Help Me!

After you draw/make your page, basically (this is what i do), go to MS paint or photoshop and resize it there.
If you use photoshop, go to: Image > Image size and place the first number somewhere around 600 or 700 ( the second number should automatically adjust to the second number). Then save the pic again (or use save as to keep the original while making a new one).
In paint, go to Image > Stretch and skew and adjust the first two numbers. I usually do 50/50 until the pic gets around the size i want it. If the pic is close, but not quite what you want, try changing the numbers (like 80/80, 95/95, etc.).
