Screenshots and MsPaint?
You should most definitely download Paint.Net, a freeware program that's like an improved version of Paint.
Or the Gimp, which apparently is even better. Both are free, and from my knowledge, you don't need that good of a computer to run it.
Also, if you have paper and a scanner, I highly suggest you use those.
But for digital, just make the image bigger, and just add the stuff in as you go. Like, maybe 800x1030 (size I usually use), and just use the rectangle tool, and draw a box around the area you want the panels to be.
That's not necessarily word for word, as I've never used MS Paint for comics. But like I said, just download Paint.Net, or the Gimp. Way better.
