how do I resize with GIMP?

Help how do I resize with GIMP everytime I try to resize it crops it please can you message me if you can tell me hoe to resize?!

Click on the IMAGE menu button, and on the resulting dialogue box click on the SCALE IMAGE option - which on my version of GIMP is the 7th option down.
The command you want to pay attention to is the IMAGE SIZE box which displays the desired dimensions of the image to be re-sized. Then experiment. Remember that anything you do to a GIMP image can be undone by holding down the CONTROL keyboard key and pressing the Z key.
