I know this is a noob question. I haven't updated my strip in six months. Any tips or websites to resize my comic strip?

Ummmm, it really depends what program you're using.
In photoshop, right click the windowbar of the image, go to 'image size' and put the width to around 700px (unless maybe your strip reads horizontally.) Making sure the 'constrain proportions' box is checked, so that the height changes to match.
