How do I Recommend a Comic?

I see a section for doing this in the template, but I cant' seem to figure out how to do it.

To Recommend a comic, scroll all the way to the bottom of your favorite's list until you see a link called Edit Favorites Preferences. Click there, and you'll end up at the place to edit favorites preferences, to recommmend a comic, check the Recommend? box, and click Update Preferences.
