It depends, if you want to put the music on the individual comic, than you need flash or something.

If you want to put it on every page through the entire comic, than just put the

code at the top of the page, but you really shouldn't do that because a lot of people like to listen to their own music, and I don't want to have to pause your music on every page so I can listen to "Whiplash" in peace.

It's HTML, and you need to sorta do you own code instead of the templates... Yeah.
