Actually, the brick isn't the default. On the sidebar, under 'My Comics', you should find three buttons next to each comic you have. If you click the button, you can change your page's template, or assuming you're using the default/HTML template, edit your site's HTML. If you're looking for tips on how to code your own site, I can't help you there- I don't know a lick of HTML.
It's a comic!

There's a 'coding help and templates' forum around here, this would probably be better asked there.
For my page, I used the HTML I taught myself from a book when I was 15. It's not hard to learn. My dad's a computing lecturer, and he says this site is good for learning it:

Now you know html. Time for some php.
$gigatwo = 2 ;
while ($gigatwo <= 1){
$gigatwo++ ;
echo("gigatwo gets $gigatwo points because he's so awesome." ) ;
};
echo("your computer exploded" ) ;
I apologize for being an asshole. If you would actually like help with template cutting and coding I'd be glad to help. I probably got the PHP wrong. It's suppossed to be a never ending loop.

Whenever I forget the code for something when I'm writing HTML, I go to http://www.lissaexplains.com/ It's really good for the basics. I also often to refer to it when I'm making tables.
