How do I get a picture link in my signature?

I've been trying to days to figure out hoe to make it work. Is there some special tag i need to use in the signature box? I tried regular html, but when i refresh, all i see is html- no pic and no link. What the dillyo?

Click "edit Signiture" and you'll see how I fixed it for you. :)
Your sig is way too big though... We like small banners here. Please make your's 468 X 60.
